The German experts emphasized that the German real-estate market is highly stable and it is considered an open one with expected higher profits. There are loan facilities up to 54% of the real-estate value from the German Banks.

Redrow is Visiting Kuwait to Marketing its Projects

Al-Melhem: UK Financial Policy Absorbed the Brexit Shock

Meshaal Al-Melhem Deputy Chairman and CEO of Blueprint Holding Co. stated that the first reports which monitor the price trends of the British Real-Estates after the historical withdrawal of UK from the EU (Brexit), are positive.

Al- Rased report issued by Al- Rased Real-Estate EST. showed that real- estate prices witnessed a 3.25% increase in 20 British cities at the end of July 2016. The total rate of the last twelve months is up to 9%. This also came as a result of the lower value of the Egyptian pound.

Instant 20% Losses in the British Investment Market

Meshal Al- Melhem, Blue Print Real-Estate Consultations Co. CEO warned against big instant losses in the Kuwaiti investments in the real-estate market and other investment fields.

Al- Melhem expected 20% losses as a result of the Sterling devaluation and the decline of the clients desire to buy or rent British real-estate products even the big Kuwaiti governmental investment companies and institutions will suffer from the present stagnation. The world financial markets will be badly affected. There would be less cash flow.

All the European Union countries would be badly affected.
